Target T-2346, Green Ohio was constructed of block and steel, with foundations supported by caissons and grade beams. Despite coming out of the ground in the dead of winter, we were able to make up for the lost time and turn the building over on its originally scheduled date. By carefully choosing when and where to use overtime along with overlapping the sequencing of scheduled work we were able to minimize the cost impact of accelerating the schedule.
