Gioffre Companies, Inc., established in 1977 by brothers John and Anthony Gioffre, is a leading, Midwest-based, general contractor specializing in commercial construction nationwide.

Gioffre Companies has successfully completed a wide range of retail, office, healthcare, education and industrial projects in various regions of the United States. Currently, we are licensed to do business in 39 states while we continue to serve our repeat customers as well as new clients throughout the country.

With a long and successful history of bidding and constructing a wide range of projects throughout the United States, Gioffre has grown to annual revenue upwards of $100 million a year. Over the past 31 years we have experienced steady growth throughout the United States as we have focused on building long term relationships with national clients. Specifically, over the last 15 years we have constructed millions of square feet for repeat clients including: Lowe’s, Verizon, Target, Chase Properties, Kimco Realty, Sears, Marshall Fields, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Office Max, The Ohio State University, Holophane, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Marriott, Glimcher Development, Career Education Corporation, Issac Development, Doppco Enterprises, THF Realty and J.J. Gumberg Company, among others.

Gioffre Companies has separated itself from our competition with a very simple approach. Our experience is that a lot of General Contractors are capable of building projects.
